Please help me congratulate the 2008 WLL 12-year old Majors All-Star team on a great tournament run. Although it did not turn out the way we all hoped, they have distinguished themselves as a great group of players, coaches, and parents and can be very proud of what they accomplished. What they achieved has not been done in over 20-years. As a group, this team and all of our All-Stars truly represent what the spirit of Little League competition and fair play is all about.
As a league, this has been a very successful season. Thank you for all your efforts this year in the tournament and throughout the year. You have given the 600 players and their families a great opportunity to play baseball and have some great fun.
Respectfully,
Roy Brush, President
