Teams will be formed by 3/29/2008. Registrations after this date may not be accepted.

Where:             L.P. Wilson Community Center, 599 Matianuck Ave., Windsor

Eligibility:        Windsor boys living South of the Mill Brook that will be

                                    7-12 years old before May 1, 2008.

Windsor girls living South of the Mill Brook that will be

                                    7-12 years old before January 1, 2009.

Windsor boys & girls living South of the Mill Brook that will be

                                    5-6 years old before May 1, 2008.

Fees:                Tee-Ball                                                $45.00  (Boys & Girls age 5 & 6)

                                    Girls Softball                              $55.00  (Ages 7-12)

                                    Major/Minor Baseball                  $55.00  (Ages 7-12)

                                    Family Rate                                           $95.00 for 2 or more children

                                                                                                $90.00 for Tee Ball

Fund Raiser:     Additional fees per family:           $50.00 toward box of candy       

(re-coup upon sale)
