Congratulations to the 11U Virginia Storm for a second place finish in the 2008 AAU Nationals. Way to go storm.
Congratulations to the 11U Virginia Storm for winning the USSSA Elite 8. The Storm was down 6-2 in the championship game and came back to win 8-6! As they say ...... they were down but not out. Way to go Storm!
Congrats once again to the 11U Virginia Storm for winning the 2008 12U Open Top Gun State tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The Storm scored 23 runs in the final two games and beat the 12U VA Aces 13-4. (are we sure these Storm kids are only 11 years old)
Congratulations to the Storm for winning the USSSA Hit Dawg tournament May 17th - 18th. The Storm went 4-0 and only gave up an average of 1.7 runs per game. Once again, the defense showed why many people say "The Storm has one of the best defenses in the country"
The Storm traveled west to Tennessee April 25th to play in the BATTLE IN THE SOUTH. 24 of the top teams in the country were invited to play in this ELITE event. The Storm went 4-0 beating the Knoxville Stars, Columbus Sharks, Team Mizuno and the #2 ranked team out of California, the Lamorinda Cougars. The 4 undefeated teams, Virginia Storm, Florida Fire, East Cobb Astros and the Cooperstown Champion Chatanooga Chiefs were scheduled to play for the championship but got rained out on Sunday.
Congratulations to the 11U Virginia Storm for Winning the 2008 12U AA Battle at the Beach. The Storm went 5-0 and scored 30 runs while allowing only 6.
Congratulations to the 11U Virginia Storm for Winning the 2008 4th Annual Longhorn Stampede Tournament. The Storm went 5-0 and scored 35 runs while allowing only 4.
Congratulations to the 11U Virginia Storm for Winning the St. Patrick's Day Slugfest. The Storm went 2-0 and scored 16 runs while allowing only 3.

They went 6-0 and scored 36 runs while allowing only 8 in 6 games!
Way to go Storm!!!!!
They also won the 2007 Virginia State AAU Tournament and the 2007 USSSA Virginia State Tournament.

The Storm wins the Virginia state USSSA title with a 9-0 win in the championship game!
The Storm went 6-0 after a great week where they went 9-2 at Cooperstown! Way to go Storm! Next stop AAU Nationals!

The Storm finished 2006 by winning the USSSA Fall League Championships. The Storm ranked #1 in Virginia for the USSSA National Power Rankings and #2 in the Nation! Way to go guys!!
Storm takes AAU State Title
The Storm continued their successful season by capturing the 9U AAU State Championship held at the Va Sports Complex. They defeated the Tidewater Heat 13-4 to take home the title. Congrats to the Heat for their 2nd place finish.

Cooperstown... HERE WE COME!!
The Storm received our official WELCOME to Cooperstown for June 2007. The weather is beautiful there in early summer,
but New Yorkers beware.... the STORM will arrive early next year. :)
