Summer League Managers Meeting
There will be a mandatory meeting on Thursday May 22nd at the New Village Recreation Center. Rules will be discussed at this meeting and schedules will also be distributed. Each team MUST send at least 1 representative to this meeting. If you or your coach cannot make it send a parent, that is fine. If you have any questions or concerns please call Doug Duncan (League Supervisor) @ (631) 451-6188.
Meetings will take place at the following times:
7:00pm - 14U & 16U Age Groups
8:00pm - 12U & 18U Age Groups
Directions to the New Village Recreation Center:
Take Nicholls Road (Exit 62N) North to Hawkins Road. Make a slight right onto Hawkins Road. Stay straight to go onto Wireless Road, the Recreation Center is on the right hand side.

New For The 2008 Summer Season
23 & Under League
New for the 2008 Summer Season the Town of Brookhaven is proud to be running a 23 & Under Recreational League. This will allow many young ladies home from college the opportunity to play Fast Pitch Softball while home over the summer.
League Details:
- 8 Game Season (6 Regular Season Games + Double Elimination Playoffs)
- Games will be double-headers played on Saturdays
- Maximum 30 player per roster
- No uniforms required
- Team must supply their own bats and helmits
- Town will provide all game balls & an official scorekeeper for each game
- Fee includes 2 umpires per game
Fees:
- $450 Umpire Fees
- $125 Town Registration Fee ( For Town Teams)
- $175 Town Registration Fee (For Out of Town Teams)

Season Includes:
- 2 Umpires per game for all age groups
- Official scorekeeper at each game to keep the book and act as a League Liaison at each field
- All games played on Town of Brookhaven fields
- Field maintenance and game setup at each location
- 11 Regular Season games
- Double Elimination playoffs for all teams
- Game balls provided by the Town of Brookhaven
- League Champions receive individual awards + team awards
- Playoff Finalists receive individual awards + team awards
- Playoff Champions receive individual awards + team awards
- Dedicated professional paid staff at your disposal throughout the season
