- Dustin Myers has signed to play baseball at Lander University.  Congratulations to Dustin and his family. 

- Tyler Coyle has committed to play baseball at UNC-A next year.  Congratulations to Tyler and his family.

- Wingate's Nick Siega-Riz ('05) earn Food Lion SAC all-tournament team laurels; Siega-Riz hit .583 in three SAC tourney contests

-  USA South Baseball Player of the Week Daniel Poindexter, Greensboro - The senior first baseman from Clemmons, North Carolina hit .692 (9-for-13) with 12 RBI, five runs scored, two doubles, two walks, one stolen base and one home run as The Pride went 3-0 last week. In a 12-6 win over Bridgewater, Poindexter was 2-for-3 with three RBI, one double, one walk and one stolen base. In a two-game sweep of USA South foe Shenandoah, Poindexter was a combined 7-for-9 with nine RBI, five runs scored, one walk, one double and one home run.  Dan was also named as USA South Atlantic all conference 1st team.  Jeff Guerrie ('05) was named to the team as a Honorable mention

-  The Varsity baseball team won the WS/FC chammpionship.  They defeated Mt. Tabor 12-6 in the championship game.  Tyler Coyle picked up the win.  On Manday the Titans defeated Carver 6-1.  Dustin Myers got the win.  On Tuesday, Alex Robertson picked up a win, when the Titans defeated Glenn 10-6.  Garrison Lassiter was named the tournament MVP.   Way to go Titans!!!!!!!
