Tidewater Wins Bass Club World Championship Region 2 Qualifier
Congratulations to the members of Tidewater that fished the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation Bass Club World Championship (BCWC) Division 2 Regional Tournament July 18th – 21st.  The team of Greg Alexander, Tony Kibler, Mark Hogan, Jay Walls, JT Fitzgerald, and John Nichols took first place in the two-day team tournament against the region’s top bass club competitors on Great Sacandaga Lake in New York. The Tidewater Team was the only team to represent the Delaware B.A.S.S. Federation Nation and did it in outstanding fashion.

The team’s next stop is the Bass Club World Championship, October 8-13, 2007 at a location not yet determined. The top finishing team at the BCWC will win a fully rigged Triton bass boat for each member. For more details on the BCWC click here.

Earlier this summer, Tidewater qualified 5 members to advance to the Mid-Atlantic Divisional tournament to be held in Pittsburgh September 23rd – 28th, and back in the Spring Jay Walls and Tony Kibler represented Tidewater and The Delaware Bass Federation at the TBF National Championship. In recognition of these accomplishments as well as the number of times Tidewater anglers place or qualify for state team qualifiers, Fishers of Men Divisional, Open and Team tournaments, BASS Federation Nation Championships...Tidewater has definitely laid claim to being one of the best clubs, if not the best club in the state of Delaware.
