Men’s One Pitch Unlimited Arc Softball Tournament

Where: The Tewksbury Elks

When: September 27th & 28th

Details: · Looking to get 10-16 teams to participate in the tournament at $200 per team · Tournament will begin at 8AM on Saturday and end at 7PM Sunday night

• Will be looking for volunteers to work numerous tasks o Grill/Cook – to cook and sell hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn, coffee, donuts, etc.

• Runners for additional food, propane if necessary o Raffle tickets for 50/50 raffle – looking to have 2 raffles – one per day

• Looking for donations for silent auction/raffle prizes other than 50/50

• Will need volunteer umpires for each game – one behind the plate and one on the bases

• Field maintenance throughout the tournament – field dragging and lining

• HR contest on Sunday - $20 per entry – max 20 participants – trophy awarded - $100 to winner

• Winner of tournament to get $400 – trophy – runner up – trophy
