How to Contact eteamz Support / Other Information

Non eteamz members: Please email customer support if you're seeking eteamz information.

eteamz members: Please use your personal Message Center to contact support. This will ensure a response to your inquiries.

eteamz PLUS members receive priority. All other inquiries will be answered as time allows. Replies will be sent to your Message Center Inbox. Be sure to check your Inbox often as this tool may also be used to privately communicate with other eteamz members.

Click here to access your Message Center. Be sure to click the Support icon on your message form to send a message directly to eteamz Support.

To check for messages, click the >Message Center link on the top left navigation of any eteamz page. Also, when you're logged in, there will be a "message center" link in the upper right of eteamz Web sites or upper left of eteamz message boards. The link is displayed next to your nickname.

For technical questions, please include the following information:
  • Your Web site address
  • Your computer type (PC or Mac)
  • Your browser type (Internet Explorer, Netscape)
Regular support hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM (EST).

Phone support is not available. With the online tools, our Support staff can respond to many more members on a daily basis and increase the satisfaction of our large community.
