The games scheduled for Friday May 9th have been cancelled. These games will be made up on May 17th at 3pm. The Joey Parise Tournament has been postponed until our rain out date of Sunday May 18th. We will follow the same time schedule that day.
The rainouts from the week ending May 3rd will be played on Saturday May 17th at 9, 11 and 1. If your team will not be playing this day please contact our umpire coordinator tollandhall@cox.net.
Joey Parise Tournament Rescheduled for Sunday May 18, 2008
Our annual Joey Parise Tournament has been postponed until Sunday May 18th. Please review the schedules to see when your team is playing a game and participating in the Home Run Derby. Teams are also scheduled for the food booth this day. We are looking forward to a fun day. Suffield Little League has rented a bounce house and a speed pitch machine for all children to enjoy for free during the day. Each team will be required to man the booth 2-3 times during the season. Please send 3-4 representatives from your team to run the booth.
It is the teams responsibility to make sure that you meet this requirement. If your game is rained out you will be required to run the booth

Volunteers Needed for Committees
The Little League board is looking for a fund raising coordinator, a communications director, a scheduler, and league coordinators for AAA and AA baseball. Please send an eMail to info@suffieldlittleleague.com if you are interested in helping out.
2008 Suffield Little League High School Scholarship
Every year, Suffield Little League awards two $500 scholarships to seniors from Suffield who are continuing their education at an accredited college, university or technical school. Candidates must be a graduating senior with a minimum accumulative grade point average of 2.0, and they must have participated in Suffield Little League as a player, umpire or volunteer.
