| USA Hockey and NYSAHA screening policy for the 2008-2009 season requires all coaches, board members, on-ice officials, etc. to complete an on-line screening. The screening must be completed no later than 11/1/2008 or the Association will be charged a $100 late fee. The link below will take you to the NYSAHA site with a statement of this years screening policy and instructions on what to do. There is $13 charge which must be paid for with a credit card. |

The STHA will be having a fundraiser for the month of December 2008
Numbers: 000 through 999
Winners will be determined by the evening number of the New York State Lottery

Before tickets go on sale to the general public, you can request your lucky number by contacting Steven Shelepak at (607) 648-9550 - Numbers will be given by a first come basis.

Explanation of determining winners each day:
|
|
It is a $5 donation for one ticket holder. Each donation entitles the participant to three daily cash prizes. The winning number will be determined by the New York State Lottery number drawn each evening (the midday drawing will not be used). In case no number is drawn, the previous evening will be used in reverse. $50 will be awarded each Friday, $100 will be awarded December 24th, and $25 will be awarded the other days of the month. $5 will be awarded for one number above and $5 for one number below the drawn number. All winners will be notified and awards paid to them.

Registration is now OPEN for the 2008/2009 season.
- New players should supply a copy of their Birth Certificates.
- A non-refundable fee of $75.00 is required at time of signup.

ALL PLAYERS MUST RESGISTER WITH USA HOCKEY IN ADDITION TO THE STHA:
2) Register your player using the online prompts
3) Once you've received your confirmation, you have two options:
a) Print and send to STHA with the $75.00 registration fee

If players have already been registered via the print form, we are still asking parents to go out and register their player online.
The $33.00 fee will be credited against their 08-09 STHA fees, once we receive the confirmation.
