SBYL (South Bay Youth Lacrosse) run by ADRENALINE LACROSSE is the premier youth lacrosse league in the Los Angeles/South Bay area- open to both boys and girls, beginners and experienced and big and small. The principles of the league have been, and will always be, to find and employ the best coaches in each area while providing a full service centralized organizational office to provide quality control.
In our 4th year, we have added some incredible features in an effort to continue to improve each participant’s youth lacrosse experience. To learn more on how the league is operated - please click the menu tab on the left hand side of the screen labeled “About Us” – philosophy, schedules, team placement, practice times/locations, field locations, etc.
