NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION This season you can register through our website. Come back to this site on Wednesday 12/3 and enjoy registering without a trip to the clubhouse! Sign up EARLY and SAVE!!

	Registration Dates:
	Wednesday, December 10th 7:00-9:00pm	AND	Saturday, December 13th 10:00am-2:00pm

	Registration Fees for all December registrations...
	One Player - $90
	Two Players - $170
	Three Players - $245

	Saturday, January 3rd		Wednesday, January 7th
	Saturday, January 10th	AND	Wednesday, January 14th
	10:00pm – 2:00pm		7:00pm – 9:00pm

	Registration Fees January 1st through 14th...
	One Player - $105
	Two Players - $185
	Three Players - $260
	A late fee of $20 per player charged for applications received after 1/14/09.

Please bring each child’s certified birth certificate, 3 forms of proof of residency, and payment by cash or check to the SCHLL Clubhouse in Earl Carmichael Park behind the Major Field.
