Vienna Youth Soccer (VYS) Quest White is looking for keepers and players to become part of our successful and competitive team for Fall 2007. We will have professional training, scrimmages, and indoor games throughout the winter.

Introduction
Quest White offers U12 girls a highly competitive yet nurturing atmosphere that emphasizes a developmental approach. Competing in WAGS, Quest White has established itself as one of the premier soccer organizations at this level.
Coaching Philosophy
The coaching philosophy is based upon developing individual players with diverse skill sets into a team by introducing tactics and positioning at this age level. This season will focus on first touches, accurate passing, moving to open spaces, using the entire field of play, set plays, and other offensive and defensive tactics of the game. It is the responsibility of each player to continue to develop their own ball handling skills through increased touches on the ball outside of practice.
Coaches & Trainers
Quest White is professional coached by Clifford Carroll, the George Mason High School Varsity Girls head coach, and Stephanie Hulke, the George Mason High School JV Girls head coach and Varsity Girls assistant coach. Coach Carroll has over 20 years of coaching experience with two Virginia State High School titles. Coach Hulke was the top scorer in her four years of high school and four years of college play at Wooster University .
