Quad Cities Starz is an all-star lacrosse club consisting of players from the Quad Cities of the Poway Unified School District (Poway, RB, Mt. Carmel and Westveiw). Our main focus is to provide your child with top notch instruction and an opportunity to play lacrosse at a high level during the offseason. We believe that by providing your child with increased playing opportunities and skill development will result in an improved and well-rounded player to go forward in his or her lacrosse future.
History: Quad Cities was created and launched in the summer of 2005. Beginning with only 2 teams, we have quickly grown to 4 boy's and 2 girl's squads within the program. With the outstanding growth in the youth and middle school lacrosse in our area, we firmly believe our program will continue to grow and strengthen in years to come.
STARZ Philosophy: The Starz philosophy is to provide an enhanced level of coaching, instruction, education and competition to players with a true passion for the game. Our coaching staff is comprised of paid coaches with top level playing experience and the same passion for the game that we seek in our players. We take this common passion as a starting point and use it as the catalyst to develop a family atmosphere with the hope of fostering friendships that can last a lifetime. By combining the best of talent and coaching, atmosphere and friendships, the Starz experience is sure to benefit the development of our young athletes and students.

Elite High School & High School roster update
The 2008-2009 QuadCities Winter Starz Elite and High School roster has been posted to My Site News. The coaching staff would like to thank everyone that tried out. This was the most competitive tryout we have had. We are very happy to now have an Elite team. We have narrowed down the teams in order to field the most competitive group of players our area has to offer. Please do not be discouraged if you did not make either team, there is still plenty of time to improve your game before the spring season starts. Once again thank you for your interest in the QC Starz program and everyone who tried out, wish you the best of luck in the spring.
