"OLD" families, please read below, because some of the information below will help you in organizing your year.

Summer time schedule:

Week of July 21: One Touch Soccer's Residential Camp (Rockville Sportsplex webstie: rockvillesportsplex.com) The team attends this camp for skill work, team bonding and the pre-season preparation for the fall season. It is not mandatory, but most of the girls attend, unless they are out of the country.

Fall Season begins about August 1st:

Monday and Wednesday practices are mandatory for the fall season.

About the first or second week of August (TBA): Monday-Thursday: Mandatory evening camp 2 hours each evening

We usually participate in 2 tournaments in August prior to the season. These are mandatory, also. We are currently working on these dates.

WAGS season: Confirmation of dates are sent as soon as we get them, however, every game is mandatory, including the raindate weekend during the fall/spring seasons. These games determine our division.

Winter practices are at Rockville Sportsplex on Mondays and Wednesdays, and every girl is expected to attend. We all ready have our dates and I will be sending those dates out to everyone.

We usually play in the winter indoor league at Rockville Sportsplex. We may possibly be playing at Dulles Sportsplex this winter? If you are in town, the girls are expected at these games.

The spring season begins the week of March 1st.

We usually participate in 2 mandatory tournaments (TBA) in March to prepare the girls for the spring season. There is a possibility that we may participate in a President's Day Weekend tournament (TBA), as one of our pre-season tourneys.

Practices/WAGS games are again mandatory. Please keep the first weekend of spring break open for games. WAGS is notorious for scheduling us for a double header that weekend.

We will be carding the girls sometime in July. Most of you have all ready been carded to previous WAGS teams, which will make it easy. If your daughter has not been previously carded, we will need a passport or the original birth certificate for the carding process. It will take a few weeks.

Our fees are broken up into fall, winter and spring schedule. See your emails for detailed information.

We will be asking for sizes of uniforms, because the entire team has to get new uniforms. You can go to Rockville Soccer to be sized. These will be our uniforms for the next 2 years.

The Potomac Thunder has scheduled Try Outs during the first week of June. Interested Players should contact Coach Pete or the Team Managers (Steve/Mary Libutti) for additional times/locations.
