Volunteer Umpire Clinic
Palma Ceia Little League is hosting a one-day clinic to train volunteer umpires on November 1st from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 4501 S. Himes Ave (adjacent to the Interbay YMCA). The clinic will provide volunteers with the fundamentals of umpiring Little League games. We are completing fall play in November and will need volunteer umpires for games beginning in February 2009. We will use as many volunteer umpires as possible in the spring. Completion of the clinic, a successful Little League background check, and desire to promote youth athletics will qualify volunteers to umpire games.
