PVUA Membership Dues
Your 2008 membership dues for the Pennsylvania Volunteer Umpire Association are now payable. Dues are payable by December 31st of the previous year.
Failure to pay your dues would result in the member being considered as inactive. Inactive members will not be eligible for assignments to State Tournaments nor will they receive the quarterly newsletter.
The dues are $10 per year or $100 lifetime. Checks should be made out to "Pennsylvania Volunteer Umpire Association" with a notation of: "PVUA Dues" as a memo on your check. Mail your check or money order to Gary Hall, PVUA Membership Coordinator, 1092 E. Schuykill Road, Pottstown, PA 19465. New member's dues would be payable at the time that they submit their membership application.
If you are not a member of the PVUA, you can download an application in the "HANDOUTS" section of the PVUA website and submit it along with a $10.00 fee as your first year's dues. A link to the PVUA website can be found in the "LINKS" section of this website.
The PVUA is a fast growing organization, who's sole purpose is to address the needs and concerns of Little League umpires throughout the state of Pennsylvania. They have established a very good working relationship with the Pennsylvania District Administrators Association and have garnered the support of Little League Umpire-In-Chief Andy Konyar and his staff.
