The New Milford Wrestling Association (NMWA) will begin it’s 10^th season in November. NMWA is inviting all interested, regardless of experience, to join the Elementary (K, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th grade) and the Middle School (6^th, 7^th, 8^th grade) programs. The programs are open to anyone from any town.

The programs focus on the fundamentals of wrestling, teaching the basic moves and strategies involved with wrestling, and introduces the wrestlers to the enjoyment of one on one competition.

Practices will be held weeknights from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sarah Noble School. The first practice will be Monday November 3^rd. NMWA is a member of the Western CT League and will be competing in matches against neighboring towns throughout the season. The club also travels to weekend tournaments around the region throughout the season which are completely optional.

Our second registration for both programs will be held on Monday October 6th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Sarah Noble School (upstairs multi-purpose room). The fee is $160 with a 10% family discount. Registration fee should be made payable to the New Milford Wrestling Association (NMWA).
