Northwest Junior Football League
The NJFL is a non-profit organization consisting of eight youth tackle football franchises and more than 55 teams in King and Snohomish counties for youths ages 7 to 14.

More Opportunity & Safety - Teams Organized by Age & Weight

NJFL divisions are organized by age and weight with six levels of play for ages 7-14. This is the most common approach in youth football and has been for decades. Other leagues may not have weight restrictions and may offer fewer levels of play. Our approach increases participation opportunities and safety for all players.
