On July 29, 2008 our American Legion Baseball team lost a very special man. He started this team with help of some others in 1983. He also cared for every player that played. Thrusday July 31, 2008 from 4pm-7pm will be the wake. Friday August 1, 2008 at 12pm will be the funeral. Please all players and alumni attend one of the two. VAN !! & PARK DRIVING!!

We as a team will travel in a van to ALL away games. This van will be used by all players, NO EXCEPTIONS! Players above exit 15 will meet at the So. Glens Falls American Legion in S.G.F. All players by exit 15 or below will meet at Burger King at exit 15. Some exceptions will occur if we go by a players home. All home games at the Harry Betar Park players will abide by Park rules with their vehicles. Anyone breaking these rules will not be able to drive in the Park. This is a Park rule not mine so BE CAREFUL.
