The 2009 Michigan Red Sox 16U baseball club will have two teams for the 2009 summer season. The MI Red Sox 16U team will be coached by Wayne MacKenzie, Rob Vosler and Jim Weissenborn. The MI Red Sox 15/16U team will be coached by Dave Benedetto and Brian Czajkowski.
We have a very good relationship with The Varsity Shop Training Center (see Links for website). We are working with their staff to improve our Fall workout program, Winter development and conditioning, and practice goals. We are excitied about leveraging their staff skills and experience to help push our players to become solid young ball players.
