YO FELLAS GREAT WIN THIS WEEK,WE WON BECAUSE WE PLAYED AS A TEAM AND WE PRACTICED LIKE CHAMPIONS. BUT LETS NOT STOP THEIR WE HAVE TO KEEP THE INTENSITY TURNED WAY UP.WE HAVE THE COAL CRACKERS NEXT SO LETS SHOW THEM WHAT WERE ALL ABOUT...IT FELT SO DAMN GOOD TO BE BACK ON THE FIELD

Great game last night, but we are gonna have more like that one going into the playoffs. We need to keep our heads up high and our minds focused on the prize...The CFA championship!

Its time guys to step it up the playoffs are around the corner we need to let everyone know that the sting are here to take it to the next level there is no one in the league that can beat us its time to show it.Like coach said walk with a swagger.Don't think we are the best know we are.When you step on the field feel that the other team does not even belong out there.Treat them like a red headed step child.Enough being nice lets show the world what it means to be a Sting Football Player.

All right fellas, I don't do this much, but I feel at this point in the season it's completely necessary. WE NEED TO PULL TOGETHER NOW MORE THAN EVER!!! We have to close out the regular season in a big way. We got Pottstown coming in to our house at 5-1 looking to make a statement. Then two weeks later we're on the road against Back River and we know what we need to do against them. Up until this point we've been lucky that our lack of all being at practice hasn't completely hurt us like it would most teams, but to get where we WANT to be it's gonna take a hell of a lot more than luck. Offense, everybody needs to show up no matter what the playing time situation looks like right now. Sometimes its those types of sacrifices that pay off in the long run. We need to run our plays so that way we can fix what needs to be fixed. Offensive line, WE NEED TO SHOW UP!! We are really starting to mesh together even more but the only way we can get it really get it together is at practice. I know we all can't be at practice on time, but a phone call or a showing up to walk through some plays at least. Also, this Thursday and every Thursday from now until the end of the season I want the O-Line to get together for film sessions at my house. I'll give the details later. Defense, y'all are the #1 DEFENSE in FEWEST POINTS ALLOWED in the American Conference, KEEP IT UP. THREE GAMES IN THE REGULAR SEASON, TWO PLAYOFFS GAMES, ONE CHAMPIONSHIP. We need to stop fighting each other at the games and ABSOLUTELY BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF EVERYONE STANDING IN OUR WAY TO TOATL VICTORY!!! WE NEED TO STOP PLAYING AT EVERYBODY THAT WE GO AGAINST LEVEL AND START PLAYING ALL THE WAY UP TO OURS!!! Don't forget to turn in your raffle ticket money. WE can't leave Brian and Denise hanging on the money front and it's starting to seem like the only way they gonna bwe able to get it is to embarrass people by letting people know who owes what. PAY WHAT YOU OWE!!! GO STING!!!

The attendance at practice is unexceptable, bottom line. If yall dont wanna come to practice than hand your stuff in for real. There are guys that have money and wanna play for a perennial winner, and that what we will be with or without the no shows. I am sorry if your feelings are on your fingertips and this guestbook entry made you mad but your not leaving one person out to dry your leaving the sting family out to dry. To the guys that dont show up... do you love this game? if u do prove it and show up on wednesdays. GET SOME
