We are actively seeking Host Families (We still need about 15 families to take in players). Please consider taking in players for a few days, or if you know someone that might be interested, please let us know.

We also need help right now in selling ads for the Program Book, and we will need volunteer help for the tournament as well. ****

The Manchester Babe Ruth League will be hosting the 2008 15-Year Old Regional Tournament at Gill Stadium starting on July 30.

The league is actively seeking sponsorships, donations, and volunteers in preparation for the tournament.

We are seeking local companies to sponsor items such as the Welcome Banquet, the Host Family Appreciation Dinner, the Umpires for each day's games, etc.

These companies will be given free advertising in the Program Book, and their names will be mentioned prominently throughout the tournament.

If you own a business, run a business, or work at a business that is willing and able to help defray the costs of some of the many things that make up the tournament, please contact us.

We are planning to have a great program book as well that will have advertising opportunities for local businesses.

We are also seeking Host Families that are able to house players from teams from outside the other New England states. Host Families take in these players for the duration of their participation in the tournament. The Host Family program has been a huge success in the Babe Ruth program.

The Cremeland team has won the Lebel League Championship for the 2nd year in a row.

With the Celtics winning the NBA Championship, it certainly is the " Year of the Green!"
