Mission Statement
Lysander Youth Hockey is dedicated to providing a positive learning experience as we challenge our players to grow in every aspect of the game. Lysander Youth Hockey also tries to create and promote personal pride and a positive character. It is our goal to cultivate sportsmanship, respect, cooperation and self discipline amongst players, coaches, parents, spectators and teams.

Lysander Youth Hockey Survey
Dear Lysander Youth Hockey Parent,
The purpose of the attached survey is for us to gain more information from every parent in the organization concerning all aspects of this past season. All responses will be kept confidential and will be used to better the organization. I will be the only person to see the original survey and will compile a summary report for the board and coaches.
There are two tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet labeled “coaching evaluation” and “association evaluation”, please complete both forms. The completed forms can either be emailed to me at hseaman@eis-inc.com or mailed to LYHA P.O. Box 622, Baldwinsville, NY 13027
Please feel free to share your opinions, both positive and negative, without any risk of repercussion from coaches or board members.
