Dear Friends of Lutz Little League,

 

As you are aware, budget shortages are proving to be a great challenge for Hillsborough County, and in direct consequence, for the County Parks Department. 

 

Budget deficits, and our goal of providing the best and safest resources for our children, has, in turn, presented a significant challenge to Lutz Little League. 

 

With that in mind, we are reaching out to you for your support in the form of time, talent, material, and/or monetary contributions.

 

This is a brief list of those items we hope to address before the start of the Spring season:

 
  • new concrete 8’ fence around all batting cages
  • new bullpen fence for one field
  • movable frames for batting cage nets (we already have the nets)
  • bat/hat racks for dugouts
  • screening/cap around all field fences
  • garbage can stations/lids
  • two new large hoses for fields
  • “walk behind” tiller
  • new 400’ hose(s)

With your generous donations, we remain hopeful that our park can be competitive with others in our area.
