MISSION STATEMENT
It is the goal of the Lake Orion Dragons Youth Football Organization to develop and promote youth football and cheerleading activities regardless of race, creed, or gender. We will develop a competitive spirit for all our participants without compromising their safety or welfare. Winning is not necessary, but rather developing fundamentals, friendships, and basic leadership skills will determine our success.
The 2008 Season has started with practices Monday thru Friday in anticipation of the first games, August 23. The boys and girls are preparing to become Dragons as they start on what should be a very rewarding campaign. Keep in mind the people who are coaching, spotting, announcing, directing, organizing, etc are all unpaid volunteers who are here with one goal in mind: Helping the youth in Lake Orion become better players and cheerleaders.

We will be holding Our next Board Meeting on Monday, October 13, (7:30pm) at Hamlin Pub. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The NYFL League Board Meeting will be held on Monday, October 20, (7:00pm) at Kalloways in Oxford.

Banquet
The banquet will be on November 12 from 6-10 PM @ LOHS
All players and cheerleaders will be recognized on that day.
Dinner will be served promptly at 6:00 PM
The awards will start at 6:45 PM
