Linn Mar Youth Baseball Player Evaluations Saturday, August 23 at 1:00 p.m. @ Lowe Park.   Evaluations are only for  8U & 9U players for the 2009 season.

Linn Mar Youth Baseball has experienced tremendous growth over the past few seasons.  The program has met it's capacity of 4 teams per age group in the 10U, 11U, 12U & 13U divisions.  There are some teams in each of these age groups with openings. If you are looking for spots in these age groups you can send me your son's information; please include name, date of birth, school attending, and contact information. I will compile a list of names and forward to the coaches in need of players.  Contact for individual evaluations will be made by 10/01/08.

If you haven't been contacted by this date, the 2009 teams have been filled.

Past to Present 

Through the years the Linn Mar district has had a great history of baseball. In 2004, the LM lions youth baseball program was organized to serve as the feeder system for the High School. When the program was organized we had 8 teams and 96 participants, in 2008 we had 25 teams and over 250 participants. The program has grown and developed beyond everyones expectations. 
The future is bright for the youth program.



Welcome to the LM Lions youth baseball website! This website will be a source of information and a communication tool where coaches, parents and players can receive information about Lions baseball. We are linked to the Linn Mar high school baseball website this is a great way to stay informed on whats happening at the High school level.

It takes a great amount of time and effort to keep an organization going, we appreciate the dedication and commitment of our coaches, players and families. Our goal as parents and coaches is to prepare and develop these players for the future and make sure they have fun while developing their baseball skills and sportsmanship.


This website will continue to evolve so feel free to offer any suggestions you may have to make it better.
