Lancaster County Intramural Boys (ALL LEVELS)
Hope, you find everything you need here!
Wednesday, August 13
Thanks Everyone!!!
As announced at the club rep meeting I am stepping away from the boys intramural program effective immediately.
Taking on the responsibilities of LANCO Scheduler as well as President of the LANCO referees Association is going to demand my time and attention and I want to be focused and not be spread to thin.
I look forward to seeing you all out and about as I traverse the county.....please if you see me out there come say Hi remind me who you are (age/memory problem sometimes) and let me know what you're doing to enhance youth soccer in Lancaster County.
You been a great bunch to work with and I truly learned alot about working with people who have the right ideas and no personal agendas.
In the words of my many teenage friends...."It's been Sweeeeet!"
God Bless you all..take care! And please always drop a few coins to help cancer research!
P.S. Jace, I love you man! thanks for the ride!

LANCO RULE CHANGE
IMPORTANT CHANGE TO LANCO RULES EFFECTIVE SPRING 2007
Concerning substituions Article IV, Paragraph "C", Item #1 now reads:
Prior to your own "throw-in" or your opponents "throw-in" provided they are
also substituting and all players are already at the mid-field substitution
point when the ball leaves play.
What this means is that you may substitute on your opponents "throw-in" if your
substitutes are already waiting to enter the match and your opponent is already
subbing. Players must still wait to be called on by the referee.
You may not send substitutes in under this rule from the bench area...if they
are not there waiting when the ball leaves play then they are not elgible for
substituting at that point.
Players may also still substitute after a scored goal, on a goal kick and between periods of play.
Substitutes must wait to be called onto the field by the Referee.
