2009 Registration Forms
Registration for the 2009 season is now in process. All forms/applications can be submitted to Lakeville Little League, PO Box 870, Lakeville MA 02347. Fees are $125 for Majors and AAA and $105 for AA and A.

Sponsorship
Team Sponsorship is $325; Business Signs are $375 (new sign) with renewals at $225 for the season (same as 2008 - form may say 2008 on it, actually). Questions? lakevillelittleleague@comcast.net.
