FUTURE STARS
The Silver Lake girls soccer boosters are going to try and add a second "Future Stars" game on Friday 10/24. Players would need to be at the field by 7:30PM to get ready for the halftime 10 minute future stars game. PLEASE e-mail Robyn Kincaid at robynpk@comcast.net if you did not get one of the slots for the game this Thursday and you would like to play on 10/24. It's a fun night for the girls - with their names announced, "Future Stars" t-shirts and a quick game for the fans during halftime. KYSA will be sponsoring all palyers that are registered in town.

For those of you that got a confirmation e-mail from Robyn Kincaid about being in the Future Stars game for this Thursday 10/2, PLEASE make sure you are at the HS field by 6:45PM with shinguards and cleats. You will get your t-shirt right before the halftime game.

Remember, this is for 8th graders only from Kingston, Halifax or Plympton.

Thank you,

The KYSA Board

Board Membership News

After a successful six months filling in as President, Bill Griever has stepped down from the position due to personal reasons.  Per KYSA By-Laws, the Vice-President, Ken Cook has assumed the duties of President.  Ken is an excellent choice for President with years of experience as a KYSA Board Member, a Coastal League Officer, a highly qualified soccer coach and, most importantly, a die-hard Celtics Football Club fan!  Other officer positions were also adjusted including the most current listing and contact information for our all-important age group coordinators.

Field reminders
Please don't forget to pick up your water bottles and other trash when you leave the field! Also, only players, coaches, and referees should be on the field. Please observe all games from outside the white touch lines. Strollers and chairs really do a number on the grass!
