Soccer Registration 2009

The final registration session for the Kendall Crossfires Soccer Club 2008-09 season has passed.
To those of you that have already signed up, “Thank you”, and you will be hearing from the club regarding placement in the near future.
 
For those of you that missed the sign up sessions, you still can register by the following method:
 
Please go to handouts and download the registration forms, print them out, complete all forms, and send the completed forms along with the required documents (player photo, birth certificate, etc.) and $80 to the following address:

We would also like to ask that you download and complete the Coach/Club Evaluation Survey, (KCSCCoachAsstCoachClubEvaluationForm2008.pdf)  found at the same link, to provide us with your input/opinions for improvements to the soccer club.
 
We had originally requested that all paperwork be submitted/received by September 1st, 2008.  Because September 1st is a holiday, we are extending the deadline to September 6th, 2008. 
Therefore, please submit all registrations either in person or by mail so that they will be received by September 6th, 2008.
 
 
We don’t want anyone to be excluded, so please, if you are planning to participate next season, YOU MUST REGISTER NOW!!!  Also, we ask that you pass this email/information along to anyone that you feel may not be aware of this deadline.
