*1.                 REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN

a)                A completed NSA roster that is signed by all players, parents/guardians, and the manager of the team.  The roster MUST include the NSA Sanction #.  You must use the official roster available at www.playnsa.com

b)                A copy of your team insurance certificate.  Please note – your team will not be allowed to take the field if the insurance certificate is missing.

c)                 Out-of-state teams must provide a copy of the approved travel permit from your respective NSA state director.  d)                A copy of your player’s birth certificates and photo ID for Indiana teams.  This can be in the form of school ID, state ID, pass port or on ID given to them by another association.  These items should be kept with you at all times.e)                Please be at the field approximately 1 hour before your 1^st pool play game. 2.                 *ADMISSION/GATE 

a)                Admission fees will be charged to spectators entering the softball complex at Imagination Glen. The admission fee is $5.00 per person per day.  A weekend pass will be available for $8.00 per person.  Spectators who have paid their admission fees will be given a ticket.  They should keep this with them at all times when in the softball complex. Children under 12 will enter free.

b)                Players in uniform will not be charged and each team will be provided with a maximum of three (3) coach passes. The coach passes will be provided to the manager at check-in.
