WELCOME TO THE HUDSON VALLEY KNIGHTS FOOTBALL AND CHEER WEB SITE, A PROUD MEMBER OF AMERICAN YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER!!
Hudson Valley Knights Football and Cheer, established in 1970, is for boys and girls, in grades K-8 (minimum age 5, maximum age 14 as of 7/31), who wish to participate in a competitive sport in a safe and fun environment. We are open to all public, parochial, private and home schooled children who reside or attend school in the towns of Beekman, LaGrange, Pawling, Pleasant Valley, Poughkeepsie and UnionVale.
Our teams compete in the Candlewood Valley League, which is a member of the American Youth Football and Cheer Organization.
Our website is designed for participants, parents and coaches, in an effort to keep you informed of all league and team events.

Late registrations will be continually accepted on a space available basis. Please call 845-797-7443 for information on submitting your registration.
We currently have one football team on each level and two cheer squads.
