For more info you can email us at HIGHLANDER ACADEMY

The Highlander Academy has evolved into a complete program designed to develop young athletes. We help in the transition from the innocence of youth sports to the competitiveness of High School, college and beyond. We provide total training and instruction at all levels. Nowhere else can you get such a complete package. We have indoor training consisting of clinics and winter programs for all age groups. Not only top flight baseball and girls softball instruction but athletic training as well. We set up programs designed for your specific needs.

Scouts, college reps and coaches regularly attend our practices and clinics and provide a wealth of information. We help guide you through the college recruiting process, which has become a very difficult task. Less than 10% of the 800,000 high school baseball players will play college ball. We can help you increase those odds by following a simple game plan. All in all, the Highlander program will be a most rewarding experience with great benefits - athletically, physically and mentally. The next level waits for those who set the mark high. We can help you achieve your goals.

Our future clinics and practices will stress knowledge, intensity and athleticism. They are successful because every young athlete we touch comes away a better player and a better individual, much more prepared for the future beyond sports.
This year we will step up the girl’s softball training, which has been ignored in most cases. We expect some exceptional results in this area.
The Highlanders look forward to more success in our future. We hope you can be part of that success!

Letter From a Former Player
Ryan
Joe, over the past 8 or so years, you broke me down pushed me and most
importantly taught me the most valuable thing I have now. That valuable
thing is my Pitching Mechanics. I can practically put my
fastball, curveball, and change-up anywhere I want. Most importantly I can do
it with confidence. My stats this year alone can show you how effective your
program is. Currently i am 4-0 with a 2.85 ERA 32K's and 24IP. I also
attached pictures of me pitching as an example for your upcomming younger
pitchers. Now that i think about it, it's very ironic im in this position
right now. I can remember me 15 years old reading a letter from Pete Parisi
basically explaning the same thing I am trying to say. After I read the
letter I personally thought that I couldent stand up to Pete or my brother.
Your exact words were " Ryan your so stupid, you got so much natural talent.
Give me your time and i guarante you, you'll be in college playing ball".
Look at me now. Your program taught me the main fundamentals of baseball.
Because of this, i got a 3/4th's scholarship to Rockland County College. I
am no where near at my peak and I kno personally you can get me to that next
level for college. That is why this fall/winter, i am dedicating as much
time as possible not only to pitch, but to get in physical shape for
college. I guess you can say im another one of your protege's. Im realli
looking foward to be getting more knowledge from you on the field and even
off the field. Im even more excited passing down my mechanic's and knowledge
down to younger ball players such as the highlander organization. Once again
here are some pics of me pitching and I hope, I for a change can be used as
an example.

Ryan Connolly
