 2009 Spring Soccer Registration

Spring Soccer Registration is apon us.  Any Player wishing to play Spring Soccer must have their completed registration form and payment to HASA Registrar, Art Carlson no later then Monday December 15th, 2008.  The cost is $15 for any currently registered HASA Player and $40 for any new player wishing to sign up for the spring season.  Age groups are listed on the Registration Form.

offensive infraction (offsides) opposing team awarded direct kick
defensive infraction (acting as keeper) opposing team awarded indirect kick
BALL OUT OF BOUNDS
over goal line (corner or goal kick) - goal kick taken from goal line must clear arc
Over touchline - restart with pass in

20^th Annual Grenko Memorial Indoor Soccer Tournament

Date:      Saturday, February 7, 2009

Location:             Muhlenberg Middle School, 801 Bellevue Ave, Laureldale, PA 19605

Format:            All games in age group will be completed in 2 ½ hours! Each team will play a minimum of 3 games 18 minutes in duration with five field players and a keeper.  USSF Referees will officiate. This is a walled tournament with fast paced non-stop action!

Requirements:            League CLUB TEAMS ONLY affiliated with EPYSA

                        Travel & Recreational Divisions will be offered,

                        Roster 10 players per team with 2 coaches

                        Each team must present EPYSA roster from Fall 2008 or Spring 2009 season. 

Insurance: All Teams are responsible for their own insurance.  The Muhlenberg Soccer Association and the Muhlenberg School District shall not be held liable, in the event of accident or injury while in transit to or from, or while participating in the tournament. 

Awards:           Individual trophies will be awarded for first and second place. 

                        All Under 8 players will receive participation awards.

Refreshments:   Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Barbecue, hotdogs, soft pretzels, a variety of drinks along with candy and snacks.

T Shirts:            Tournament T-shirts and Apparel with players names will be available for purchase.

Tournament reserves the right to drop age groups due to insufficient interest.

·        All teams will play at least three to four games.

·        Championships determined by point system and/or divisional playoff.

·        Tournament features a walled-in playing surface and a touchline area

·        No Premier Teams

·        Medical release required at registration

·        Spectator fee of $2.00 for anyone over 3

·        Concession facilities on site.
