2008 REGISTRATION
(Flag Football, Tackle Football, and Cheerleading) New Procedures
- Go To: "Aplications & Forms" tab
- Download registration forms and complete
- Bring Completed registration forms with you to the registration
- Bring Original Birth Certificate, Proof of Residence (Utility Bill) & Report Card
Please Note: Physical Form MUST HAVE Dr. Signature (No RN’s)
Physicals provided at the first three registrations for a fee of $15

Early Registration: $150 for Tackle Football & Cheer
$70 for Flag Football
