District 4 Tournament Handouts
Tournament teams for the 9/10, 10/11, 11/12, 13/14 and 14/16 baseball and softball may not be announced nor may they practice before June 15.
Leagues need to download the official Tournament Team Eligibility Affidavit from the Little League website. Note that there are separate affidavits for baseball and softball.

All players, parents, managers and coaches are encouraged to read and abide by the concepts in Roots of Honoring the Game.

Leagues should complete a League Verification Checklist for each team entered into the tournament.
District 4 will recognize 1 player per tournament team with an Unsung Hero pin and plaque. Each team will determine which player showed the most courage, character and dedication during the tournament season.

7/8 Special Games Handouts
District 4 uses several forms for teams who enter the Special Games tournaments.
Leagues are required to use the 7/8 Team Affidavit to enroll their teams. Leagues may use the League Verification Checklist for their own internal check.
Managers and Coaches should review the Quick Rules Table and refer to the complete rule in the Official 2008 Rule Book.

- District 4 enjoys interleague play at many age divisions. In order to provide a consistent program for ALL the leagues, we have a set of rules that govern the playing rules for all the divisions which interleague.
We also require ALL teams which participate in district interleague play to complete the District 4 Interleague Play form. Pitching is entered for ALL games, whether the games are played in the home park or with district leagues.
