Last Minute Sports Physicals Here in Fallbrook!!!
Dr. Coen will do sports physicals for $35.00. His phone/address: (760) 451-3500 - 1434 S. Mission Rd., Suite A, Fallbrook. Last appointment is 6:30 P.M. and will take case by case on the weekend. Download physical form off the website under "Handouts" and take that with you.

2008 Pop Warner Sign-ups Dates
Equipment issue requires a $150 deposit, just like last year, that will not be cashed during the season. It is an incentive to return all gear by the end of the season. If you do not return all gear that was issued to you at the end of the Fallbrook Pop Warner football season your check will be cashed at that time.
To expedite your sign-up, you can preprint and fill in your registration form. The form is available at the "handout" links to the left.
Registration fees are $250 and a minimum of $50 is required at the time of registration
Please also remember to bring a copy of the participants birth certificate.
We will also be collecting recyclables for fundraising!

Mandatory Weight Certification
Mandatory weight certification will be on Saturday, August 23, be there at 9:00 a.m. This is Fallbrook's time. One make up day: date, time and place TBA. You cannot play Pop Warner unless you attend the weight certification day, period, no exceptions. "You don't weigh ... You don't play!!"

OFFICIAL START DAY ...
Football will officially start Monday, August 4th!!! Be rested and be hydrated. You need to start hydrating several days before the first day of practice. Water is vital to your health. Start drinking at least 6 to 8 glasses a day every day the week prior to practice. Practice runs from 5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Helmets only, pads after 10 hours conditioning.
