Monday, July 7 Fall 2008 Registration  The Location for all Registration is the DSA Offices at North Lakes Athletic Complex, 3018 N. Bonnie Brae, Denton, 76207. Registration Dates and Times: Mon thru Fri -- Jul 14 thru 18 and Jul 21 thru 25, 5 PM til 7 PM; Saturdays -- July 19 and July 26, 10 AM til 4 PM.. Registration Fees for all players is $100. If a family registers more than 2 players a $5 discount will apply for each child after the first 2. We have Extend Pay available. Your Registration fee pays for a 10 game season, a complete uniform (Jersey, Shorts, Socks), Secondary Insurance, and payment of City and State Fees. We also pay and train Referees, train Coaches, buy Equipment, administer the Association, etc. Scholarship Fee is $65. To apply you must bring a copy of your DentonISD Free or Reduced Lunch Letter, or make other arrangements with the DSA Treasurer. If your player will be 4 on or before July 31, 2008, they can play this Fall. If this is the first time registering with DSA, we must have a copy of the player's Official Birth Certificate (State, County, or Passport). We can't accept Hospital Birth Certificates, baptism records, etc. Commissioners form Teams by players' age and school area. If your player has played with DSA before, they will be kept on their same team or team "core", even if the Coach is not returning. If you wish to place your player back in the "Player Pool" or if you want to request to "Play Up", you must complete the appropriate forms, in addition to your registration forms. The Boundary for the Denton Soccer Assocaiton is the Denton ISD. So, if your player attends or lives within the Denton ISD, they must register with Denton Soccer Association. However, if it is more practical for your player to play in another Association, we will release them to do so. There is a fee of $25, for insurance and State/Local Fees. This only needs to be completed once a Soccer Year. (A Soccer Year starts with the Fall Season and ends with the completion of the Spring Season). Once Teams are formed, you will be notified by your Coach. Each Coach determines the practice times and places. Coaches Meetings will be the week of August 11. After the completion of the Coaches Meeting, each coach is responsible for notifying their players of team assignments. The Fall 2008 Season will officially start on Sep 6, 2008 and should end Mid-November. Refund policy: Before Sunday, July 27 thru July 30 -- $90; Wednesday, July 31 thru Saturday, August 23 -- $60. NO REFUND REQUEST will be accepted after Saturday, August 23.Monday, July 14
