THE 2008 FIELD HOCKEY CAMP IS
JUNE 23-26.
2008 Camp for 5th-9th Grade Girls!!
This year we will hold our 9th Annual Del Mar Field Hockey Camp for 5th-9th grade girls. The camp is 4 DAYS and held Monday June 23-Thursday June 26, from 9-noon. The cost is $60, which includes a small camp gift. The camp is designed for beginners and is intended for girls attending any school. It was created as a way for the current players to share their love of field hockey with younger students and to create the next generation of field hockey stars!
If you are interested in attending in 2008 then click on the DM Camp Forms link on the left for registration information. We advertise in the Campbell Reporter and its affiliated papers, the Mercury News Venturing Out Section, as well as sending flyers to the middle schools. Over the years we have found that our most effective source has been word of mouth! Thank you to all the parents and players who have spread the word about our great camp! We encourage girls who might otherwise be timid to bring a friend! Not only do we get to make a stronger field hockey community, but this camp serves as one of our major fundraisers for the year, covering transportation costs as well as helping with equipment purchases.
