FOOTBALL & CHEER REG. INFO:

SEASON BEGINS 8-1-08 for Football and 8-4-08 for Cheerleading.  Please remember to bring ALL necessary forms the first day of practice. (forms needed are listed below)

From now until July 31st the fee will be $75.00.  On August 1st the fee will be $100.00.

Accepting registrations for football and cheerleading for the 2008 through the month of July. Forms are available at Danbury Parks and Rec. 7 East Hayestown Rd or Rankin Sporting Goods, 37 Newtown Rd. The Trojans play Division 1 Football in the Southern CT League. Open to all Danbury area residents, ages 7-15. Season begins August, 1st for Football   August, 4 for Cheerleading @ Rogers Park Danbury.

NEW REGISTRANTS:

Physical Form:  must be signed and dated with this years date by your physician. Must be either our medical form (available on our website at www.eteamz.com/dayotrojans ) or the blue CT State form which is used by all area schools.  WITHOUT THIS FORM YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRACTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Report Card:  Must have all four quarters completed.  (last report card of the school year).  If your child  transferred within the school year you must bring both report cards with you.

Original Birth Certificate or Passport Plus a Copy.  All new players are required to have original birth certificate or passport for validation.  Once validation has taken place your original form(s) will be returned to you by your team parent.

RETURNING Players & Cheerleaders:

3rd ANNUAL DAYO/STEPHEN A KAPLANIS MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

August, 13th at Richter Park in Danbury 1 p.m. shotgun start, lunch served prior to start, dinner immediately following. DAYO BASKETBALL REGISTRATION for 2009:

 

DAYO Basketball registrations to take place in September @ Danbury High School on September, 17, 18 & 19.  Cost is $75.00.  Practice to begin weekend after Thanksgiving and season to begin weekend after Christmas.  For more information please contact DAYO's basketball commissioner Chris Strid @ cstrid@danbury.k12.ct.us

DAYO DINNER DANCE: - Mark your calendar

 

Celebrating our 7th annual toys for tots & DAYO's 30th anniversay.  Friday, December 12th from 7 - 12pm at the Catholic War Veterans, Shalvoys Lane Danbury.  Buffet, beer, wine & soda included.  Dance to the music of the Danbury's own Spin Doctor DJ Dave and play game show trivia too!....$25.00 per person. 21 and over for all current & past players, coaches and parents for all of DAYO's sponsored programs.
