Its been nearly 13 years since I first got dragged into the Cleve-Hill Baseball organization(actually the softball side at first). Dragged is a bit of an exaggeration. I loved very minute of my time with CHB. There is still a photo - 1993
6-9 Red Sox Softball team on my desk. I know that the youngest player on that team is now a freshman in college and some I'm sure are college seniors. Yes, time has flown by. After reading a few of your highlights, it's apparent that you are still growing and continuing off season training. Maybe you should have a CH softball outing at a UB game. Obviously, Colleen Greene is an alum but lets not forget Kim Hanzlian (Fr). I had the privilege of having both play for me at CHB during my years on the field. That's two Division 1 softball players, not bad guys. My spy's have also told me that there are a few more coming up as well.
Thanks for the opportunity to have been a part of CHB.

Congratulations to the boys from Cleve Hill who participated in the Invitational Tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was great for us, as grandparents, to be able to follow these games on the web-site. An exciting experience for all these players!. Thanks to the coaches and all who made this possible.

Congratulations to the "A" Division Cardinals. You guys played great baseball down the stretch. The pitching, fielding and hitting was great. You never hung your heads when we were losing, and I hope you had fun and learned something about the game, and about yourselves this season. You earned the championship!

| umpires on championship games: umpires should not be friends or co coaches from a different team. The umpires for the a division game in a division was horrible. The umpires were over with the coaches from the opposing team. |
