Welcome to the Virginia Express!
The Virginia Express are an Ice Hockey program playing a mixed schedule consisting of all levels: AAA (Tier I) to B (Tier II) teams.
We are dedicated to young kids taking their game to the highest level of play. Our Team is composed of Players that have proven themselves to be dedicated to the Team & the sport of Hockey. We are always in search of Exhibition Games and Tournaments. If you'd like to play us, contact our Scheduler at scheduler@rrrats.com.
The Virginia Express are committed to the growth and development of our athletes, and seek to enhance their self-esteem and personal social maturation. Our goals are to provide a wonderful source of camaraderie, as well as athletic and personal growth. We focus on the entire player (and family), strive to create a fun and enjoyable developmental atmosphere that will allow the player to mature into the best that they can be. Our players are extremely motivated athletes, and we continuously stress the value and importance of good academic grades. Our coaching and management staff is here to assist the players and help prepare them for their next step - either High School or Jr. level competition. This will be accomplished through intense practices, specialized training, and a competitive game schedule. Along the way these players will enhance their love for the game of hockey and develop life skills that will help them compete in the real world; such as responsibility, discipline, teamwork and respect. We strive to prepare and develop our players so that they can advance to the highest level of hockey they can. We offer exposure, guidance, and assistance to those players and families who wish to explore High School, Prep School or Junior level opportunities.
