Thanks to all of those parents, kids, and volunteers who have joined our team! We are excited to offer a fresh alternative for all of you and welcome those who have yet to join. We believe passionately in our children and look forward to a great 2008 season.

*************************************************************************************************                                                          ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE 2008 SEASON IS NOW AVAILABLE !!!

You can register for Tackle, Flag and Cheerleading online by clicking the following link:

NOTE -  Please "PRINT" a copy of your "On-Line" registration Form, and take with you to the next CAYFL Registration Date. It is very important that you bring all paperwork, and your child to your Associations next Registration Day !!
Also note that the "on-line Registration service does have a processing fee

REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE 2008 SEASON:
 FLAG Football = $100.00
 Cheerleading = $100.00
 TACKLE Football = $175.00
 NOTE - until May 17, a $20.00 discount in Tackle fees will be given
($155.00 to register at this time )
    from April 13 to May 17, discount will be $20.00 to register for Tackle.
  then from May 18 to June 21, there is NO DISCOUNT, full $175.00 to register for Tackle.
ALL REGISTRATIONS AFTER the JUNE 21 date,( Tackle, Flag or Cheer ) WILL BE CONSIDERED "LATE", and a $25.00 LATE FEE will be applied on your registrations.  

NEXT CAYFL Registration Day is Saturday, MAY 17th, with most Associations doing sign ups from 9:00am to NOON, some could have different times. Please check your Association web site for specific locations and times !

ITEMS NEEDED TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD......
1. Child's Parent or Guardian
2. Child who is planning in participating
3. the "original" or a "certified" copy of Child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
     please bring the original, AND a COPY for us to keep with your registration.
4. proof of residence, acceptable items are: water / gas / electric bill, with your   physical residence address printed on it. please bring the original, AND a COPY for  us to keep with your registration paperwork.
5. each child will need a PHYSICAL, before the start of practice. please click on the "handouts/forms" page and print up a CAYFL Physical form to use at your Doctors office.
6. a copy of the child's "final" 2007 - 2008 Report Card.
7. Cash or Check for the full amount of the Registration fees. ( only thru the "on-line" service can we accept any credit / debt cards )

TWO NEW ASSOCIATIONS now in CAYFL for the 2008 Season ...  

  We are pleased to announce our two newest groups to join the Central Arizona Youth Football League for the 2008 season.

  "Buckeye Youth Football and Cheer Association"  was approved by a uninamous vote at our November 1st. 2007 Presidents Meeting.
  Mr. Humberto Aceves, with many years of volunteering in youth sports in California and in Arizona is the newly elected President of BYFA.

 "Surprise Youth Football Association of Arizona" was approved by a uninamous vote at our March 6th. 2008 Presidents Meeting.
 Mr. Ed Bazala and Mr. Tim Schmit who were Coaches for the "Surprise Lightning" teams last season, are representing this Association this season as Co-Presidents.

With our large number of registered players in the 2007 season, roster space could be limited on some Tackle teams, in some Divisions for the 2008 teams.
