California 70 Little League
California 70 becomes the new district for the leagues in the North County area of San Diego. District 70 includes the leagues of Bonsall-Fallbrook, Oceanside National, Oceanside American, Oceanside Valley, Pendleton, Rancho Buena Vista, Vista American and Vista National.

Little League Urban Initiative Program
The Little League Urban Initiative provides assistance packages for eligible leagues that aid the local volunteer group with equipment acquisition, capital improvement cash grants, field development and renovation, access to Little League Baseball and Softball Education and Training programs, advocacy, and networking.

Dave Winfield, Hall of Fame Player and Advocate
Many people know of Mr. Winfield's on the field exploits, but we at California District 66 want you to know that he has been a tremendous benefactor to Little League Baseball and our district.

If you are passionate about baseball and keeping it alive in the inner city, we recommend you read Dave's book "Dropping the Ball."
