California 31 Little League California 31 is made up of the following San Diego leagues: Carmel Mountain Ranch, Del Mar American, Del Mar National, Encinitas, Encinitas National, Escondido American, Escondido Continental, Escondido National, Poway American, Poway National, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Valley Center California 32 Little League California 32 is made up of the following San Diego leagues: Balboa, Clairmont Hilltoppers, Clairmont Mesa, Coronado, Mira Mesa West, Mission Bay, Penasquitos Central, Penasquitos North, Penasquitos South, Peninsula, Point Loma, Presidio, Scripps Ranch, University City California 33 Little League California 33 is made up of the following San Diego leagues: Allied Gardens, Chollas Lake, La Mesa American, La Mesa National, Lake Murray, Kearny Mesa, Mid City, Mission Trails, Murphy Canyon, North Park, Oak Park, San Carlos, Serra Mesa, Sunshine, Tierrasanta, Vista/Rolando California 41 Little League California 41 is made up of the following leagues: Alpine American, Cajon de Oro, El Cajon American, El Cajon National, El Cajon Western, Fletcher Hills, Jamul, Lakeside American, Lakeside National, Mountain Empire, Rancho San Diego, Rios Canyon, Santee American, Santee Pioneer American, Santana National, Singing Hills California 42 Little League California 42 is made up of the following leagues: Chula Vista American, Chula Vista National, Eastlake, Imperial Beach, Luckie Waller, Park View, San Ysidro, South Bay, Southwest, Sweetwater Valley, California 70 Little League California 70 becomes the new district for the leagues in the North County area of San Diego. District 70 includes the leagues of Bonsall-Fallbrook, Oceanside National, Oceanside American, Oceanside Valley, Pendleton, Rancho Buena Vista, Vista American and Vista National. Little League Urban Initiative Program The Little League Urban Initiative provides assistance packages for eligible leagues that aid the local volunteer group with equipment acquisition, capital improvement cash grants, field development and renovation, access to Little League Baseball and Softball Education and Training programs, advocacy, and networking.
