WINTERBALL or "SECOND SEASON" or "FALL BALL" Which ever title your local league chooses..... REGISTRATION for players ages 7-11 currently going on thru August. Games are non-competitive and a great way to enhance skill levels Date: Sept. - Nov. games on Sundays only.

"Winterball Directors" 1st Meeting was held Aug. 21st (check calendar for details) then possibly again in early Sept.

Thursday, September 11, 2008 7pm @ Renette Center It is a good idea for the "outgoing" and "Incoming" Presidents to attend this meeting. dates and times are subject to change, so please check back often for any schedule changes.
Leagues must prepare their Financial Report/Taxes from the 2008 season with League Treasurers.
October 2008...
The "First 2009 Season Presidents Meeting" TENTITIVELY SCHEDULED for Thursday, October 9, 2008 7pm @ Renette Center.
League Information Officers please update your Local League 2009 Officers with the Data Center via the website.
League Presidents...Plan on meeting with your newely elected 2009 Board of Directors in October to forward on infomation received at the Presidents Meeting.
- Auxiliary Board Members - remember to recruit volunteers for your auxiliary board throughout the summer. Contact team moms/parents, coaches, scorekeepers too.
League Information Officers:
For 2009 Season... update your league officers with the Data Center via your website. (get your sign on information from the previous League Information Officer)
Safety Officers should begin to prepare your league A.S.A.P. Safety Report with Lighting Audit where leagues have lights.
League Presidents will be receivng information from LL HQ for the 2009 League Charter (If you have not recieved the form by Mid December, please make sure your 2009 Board Of Directors Information is updated on the Little League Data Center through your League Infomrmation Officer) you should receive this information in the mail from LL HQ which is annually mailed to the League President for insurance purposes. Then estimate how many teams your league will have for the coming season and get it mailed back to LL HQ.

Player Agents obtain all previous registration and Waiver Player information from 2008 Player Agent/League Secretary. Check the calendar and work with League President to determine when Registration, try-outs, drafts etc. will be.
