The Brooklyn (OH) Soccer Club, LLC is a community based, non-profit (501c3), parent/volunteer organization dedicated to supporting travel/competitive soccer opportunities for the youth of Brooklyn, Old Brooklyn and neighboring communities.

FEES ARE $150 FOR BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING OUTDOOR SEASONS AND INCLUDE ALL REFEREE FEES, REGISTRATION FEES, INSURANCE AND A CUSTOMIZED ADIDAS UNIFORM. A Board of Director's work session was held on Sunday, June 8 at Panera Bread. Fall registration details for the Club's AASL and NOGSL teams were discussed as well as the ordering of uniforms, the continuation of training with Tony Dore in the fall and receiving a quote on the proposed purchase of training equipment. The Officers also discussed a proposed fundraiser at The Blue Moose in September. It was decided that all registration material and at least a down payment on fees need to be received by June 30 in order for registration to be completed in a timely manner. Romulus Pavel and Scott Wozniak will attend the NOGSL declaration meting on June 16 while Greg Markus and Ron Sommers will attend the AASL declaration meeting on June 30.

A Board of Director's work session was held on Saturday, May 3 at Panera Bread. Minutes from the previous meeting were approved. The Board also set the participant fee at $150 for the 2008-2009 soccer year starting in August 2008. The Board also selected the uniform style for next soccer year, finalized plans for the year-end awards banquet and fall registration and discussed the Applebee's fundraiser being planned.

Nominations will be taken for the positions of President and Vice-President to serve a two-year term beginning on May 1, 2008. Please see the Club's Bylaws as contained in the Club's Organizational Manual under the "Handouts" section located on the menu on the left side of this page. MEMBERS MUST BE PRESENT TO NOMINATE AND VOTE!!
The current Club Officers will also update everyone on the current and planned activities and finances of the Club at this meeting as well.

Board of Director's work session held on Sunday, March 16 at Panera Bread, Tiedeman Rd. The annual meeting and elections were discussed as well as a wrap-up of the Futsal season just completed and the upcoming spring outdoor season. Ron Sommers, Registrar, gave an update on registration for the upcoming spring season and will work with the coaches to complete this process in time for the first AASL game. He also gave an update on the referee situation for the upcoming spring season. Greg Markus, Treasurer, gave a financial update as well as an update on the spring outdoor scheduling process. All present also discussed the St. Ed.'s training sessions just completed and plans for brining Tony Dore, St. Ed.'s Varsity Soccer Coach, to provide training to any club player who wishes to participate. Spring practice schedules were also discussed.
