Win and They're In!
 Freshman Control Playoff Destiny

Brandon travelled to Dryden HS and split a pair of games with the Steelers of Lapeer. The Freshman game saw a defensive first half battle turn in to a Jr. Blackhakws win, 20-0, while the Jr. Varsity lost despite a tremendous effort, 16-6.

The Jr. Varsity loss eliminated them from the playoffs, but the Freshman win coupled with the Lk. Orion "White" 7-0 overtime victory over Auburn Hills puts the Jr. Blackhawks in control of the final playoff spot in the National Division.

The Freshman scenario is to beat Birmingham "White" (5-2 overall,4-1 in the division) and they are in and will face Clarkston "White" (7-0,5-0) in the first round of the playoffs.

Should Brandon lose and Lk. Orion "White" (3-4,2-3) beats Clarkston "White", the Dragons will take the fourth seed. If Lk. Orion loses to Clarkston, Brandon needs Waterford "Blue" (3-4,3-2) to beat Auburn Hills "Silver" (2-5,1-4) to clinch the final spot while a Makos victory would result in a three team coin flip for the final spot.
