PAL REVERTS BACK TO BAY-OCEAN FORMAT...WITH A NEW TWIST

With Menlo leaving the league, the PAL will go back to a bay-ocean format for the first time since 2003.  This time around, the Bay division will feature 10 teams and the Ocean will get six (listed below)
