Required forms for registration:
2008 Player Contract and 2008 Medical-Physical Form
Will Need to Provide the Following Before Being Allowed to Participate:
- Birth Certificate
- Small 2"x2" photo
- 3 copies of your child's report card including specials
- Cash or Check for Registration Fee:
- $80 for Flag Participants
- $90 for all others
- Additional $10 late fee for applications received after July 1st

On site registration was a big success. Thank you to all of the board members, vendors, and volunteers that participated. As well as a big thank you to all who came and registered.
Please keep spreading the word. We are still in need of more players, particular in the younger ages.
